The mission of ILA is to promote the profession of Directors by developing its members into highly qualified, effective and respected Directors.

The main objectives are to provide training on best practices in terms of sustainable Corporate Governance and any relevant topics for directors and governance professionals, to support the networking of directors and governance professionals, and to issue recommendations and express a clrea view and position on corporate governance topics.

The resolution is to enhance the application of best governance practices, to be the First interlocutor & voice on governance matters as a multi-industry association, and to be an ambassador of Luxembourg as a strong business place in terms of good governance.
